Position: NSW Precontracts Manager SLT Position, managing the growth of NSW - state wide, including regional projects. Diverse project pipeline across transport Infrastructure, energy & renewables, Water & Defence. Sweet spot is in the $50-300m range, but current tenders include $1bn+ project. Well backed financially. Work with an ELT of extremely well respected leaders and great culture. CBD office, with Hybrid working arrangements. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the growth of the company in NSW. Collaborate with the national SLT to identify companies value add that can be applied to upcoming projects across NSW. Includes business development for the identification of target projects and overseeing tendering (well resourced function of estimators, planners, bid coordinators etc). Have the say on go / no go. Identification, where required, of JV partners, consultants and subcontractors. Oversee proposals, cost plans, construction methodologies and contracting agreements. Manage and grow client relationships. Reporting to ELT, CEO and board on opportunities and progress. What you can bring as the NSW Precontracts Manager: Hands on leader that is experienced and can lead the end to end precontracts process. Well networked in the NSW market and able to identify suitable opportunities to pursue. Experience in various sectors, such as transport, water, defence etc, will be highly regarded.
