We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to help us expand Eco Garage Doors' footprint across New South Wales, working closely with independent garage door resellers and builders to drive our business forward. Your Role Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager , you’ll be the face of Eco Garage Doors in the field, responsible for growing and managing our dealer and wholesale network. You will champion the expansion of our business across NSW, canvassing new accounts, fostering relationships, and ensuring top-tier service for our customers. This is a role that combines your passion for business development , relationship-building , and sales excellence while working with a high-performance team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will need to be flexible, ready to travel, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. What You’ll Do: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ready to expand our customer network in a short period of time Extensively canvass for new accounts to expand distribution of Australia’s premiere garage door brand Build and foster authentic relationships with dealers and builders with a focus on quality, retention, and growth Conduct face-to-face customer visits and cross-functional meetings with a focus on KPI’s and strategic partnership growth Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Represent and showcase Eco Garage Doors at industry events and other forums Train and manage our wholesale authorised dealers to meet our quality and presentation standards Manage nominated accounts as set by the National Manager Conduct on-site field measurements of garage door openings to ensure accuracy for quoting and order entry purposes Input orders into the ERP system, ensuring all details are correct and up to date Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and guide them through our range of doors Preparing sales quotes and follow up Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing prompt and professional communication Ad hoc tasks as required About You We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, preferably in the building supplies or construction industry . You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and excel in cultivating lasting customer relationships.
