About the Role The National 3PL Warehouse Manager reports direct to the Group General Manager and plays a pivotal role in ensuring Safety, while optimising our 3PL Operations. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong South. The role will mainly focus on operational excellence, efficiencies, continuous improvement and team development as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities Operational Management Performance Management through effective leadership, mentoring and training. Inventory control Budget management Effective communication with cross-functional teams, Customers and Suppliers Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years in a similar role Extensive 3PL knowledge and experience Excellent leadership and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel when required Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills Be part of a collaborative team Your application will include the following questions: Do you have permanent right to work in Australia?
