3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Connect APAC have been exclusively engaged by a leading Consumer Goods organisation to source a National Account Manager (Pharmacy) for their Sydney based team. Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, your role will be to manage a number of key Pharmacy customers including; Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, API and Sigma. The organisation have a market leading portfolio of brands across the Personal Care category and this role would suit an experienced Account Manager with experience managing Pharmacy customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales function across the pharmacy banner. Establish and develop relationships with key contacts in the pharmacy groups from a National level. Manage trade spend budgets to deliver NIV and NSV targets. Create and manage promotional programs. Assist in the preparation of category reviews decks. Confidently present and execute range reviews across the haircare, skincare and deodorant categories across key pharmacy banners. Perform Qtr. business reviews with pharmacy banners covering sales performance, category insights and longer, sales performance reporting for both internal and external parties. Maintain high level of awareness of market trends and competitor activity. Managing the co-op allocation and budget by brand and retailer. Quarterly review of supplier scorecards with actions and goals set for constant improvement. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and review share performance monthly. Communicate with the demand planner to ensure accurate forecasts are agreed for the channel. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience dealing with major pharmacy banners – Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, API, Sigma. Proven experience in a similar role. Ability to excel in a team environment. Strong analytical & commercial skills with the ability to influence. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Business related computer skills including Microsoft office with strong skills in Excel. Interested applicants please apply using the link provided.
