Connect APAC is delighted to partner with a leader in the FMCG Food Industry as we source a National Account Manager (QSR) for their Sydney based team. This position is critical to the organisation, servicing some of their largest QSR customers including Hungry Jacks, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Dominos. The ideal individual will have existing FMCG Account Management experience at a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager level, with experience in the QSR/Food Service Channel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives. Partner with the NPD team to conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (Current business, business development, etc.). Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met. Manage current client relationships and act to acquire new customers. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring. Key Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience as Key Account Manager or other relevant role. Initiative to act at both strategic and operational levels. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and innovation and managing relationships with key clients (QSRs & Wholesalers). Prior experience with QSRs is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes. Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset. Structured and logical methodology, excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
