The Opportunity: As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Business Support Manager to join our team at either our Welshpool or Sherwood branches. The National Business Support Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our national business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives that improve business processes and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager - Strategic Capability & CEO of Komatsu Training Academy, you will oversee the administrative operations of our national administration training team, which includes the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and commercial technical and operator training for Komatsu customers. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of seven direct reports, ensuring the implementation of national business support strategies to optimize operational performance for the delivery of training services that drive the division's success and growth. Key Responsibilities Implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement Leading the adoption of best practices across processes and systems Monitoring and analysing business performance metrics to drive insights Providing actionable recommendations to optimise performance Managing proposals, tenders, and contractual documentation Overseeing training systems and ensuring continuous improvement in learning and development Delivering ongoing administrative support to ensure smooth operations We are seeking a results-driven leader who excels at building strong relationships, promoting high-quality programs, and driving performance to meet business objectives.
