As the National Education Manager, you will support the Ramsay Surgical Centres by streamlining and designing effective workflows, coordinating, and driving these initiatives at the site level. Please note that this role is a 4-day per week opportunity and can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. What You’ll Do Oversee and ensure compliance with hospital accreditation standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and maintain high-quality standards across all services. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and operational standards. Develop RSC-specific education policies and audit schedules. Provide the DCS/GM with data to assist in decision-making and presentations to MAC. Support the DCS/GM in ensuring the successful adoption of education programs at the site level. Coordinate education activities both on-site and remotely through site champions. Ensure compliance with education standards and requirements. What You’ll Bring Serve as a skilled clinical operator with a strong understanding of the private hospital legislative framework. Exhibit effective resource management skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all departments. Understand the key performance drivers behind quality business outcomes and have experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Show a passion for the success and development of people, supported by exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of day and short-stay surgical hospitals. Essential Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
