Your future with ATCO Structures & Logistics We are looking for an accomplished and dedicated professional to join us as the National HSEQ Manager, overseeing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) functions across the organisation. Based at our head office in Luscombe (near Yatala), this senior role reports directly to our Managing Director, offering the opportunity to shape organisational strategy, foster a culture of excellence, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HSEQ practices. More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for: Develop and improve HSEQ systems, policies, and strategies while ensuring compliance. Lead and mentor a high-performing HSEQ team, driving continuous improvement. Provide risk management expertise and support branches in HSEQ functions. Conduct audits, reviews, and execute HSEQ improvement plans. Oversee incident investigations, risk assessments, and reporting. Deliver training to enhance HSEQ awareness and skills. Ensure compliance with AS/NZS ISO standards and lead major investigations. Build strong relationships and contribute to HSEQ communications and tenders. What You Will Bring Qualifications in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Extensive HSEQ management experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Demonstrated ability to drive compliance and implement effective HSEQ systems. Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Donesafe.
