Position Overview As National Key Account Liaison Officer you will be responsible for the administrative support in the management of key accounts by ensuring accurate reporting, monitoring performance, and collaborating with the business to address any concerns or issues. This role involves analysing data to generate insights, mitigating errors, and identifying systemic issues to enhance service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing Your key responsibilities will include: Support and collaborate with other internal stakeholders (National and BU) supporting the contract to ensure service delivery Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Proactively develop strong relationships by listening to and understanding the referrer needs, anticipating and delivering solutions Maintain clear and concise communication with internal and external contacts Employ active listening skills while looking at body language for additional cues Ensure non-compliance matters are addressed in a timely manner and to customers satisfaction Contribute to business procedures and documents required including but not limited to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documents Attend monthly review meetings What Type of Person Will Be Successful Proven experience analysing large data sets and identifying process improvements Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner Ability to adapt to varying systems: Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Web-based systems Radiology Information System (RIS), Visage, Medicals and Data Driven Analytics Power BI Benefits, Perks and Wellbeing As part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits & perks including: Benefits platform - Reduce the impact of the cost of living with everyday savings with 500+ of Australia's most-loved brands, (from the weekly grocery shop to premium perks like holidays).
