Job Description

National QA Specialist, Wetherill Park, New South Wales, Australia, Manufacturing, Chemicals Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Assurance : Oversee quality processes for compliance with ISO & Australian standards, driving continuous improvement. Champion Safety : Conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe work environment. Manage Quality Systems : Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems for operational efficiency. Collaborate for Improvement : Work with teams to enhance product quality and processes. Document & Report : Manage quality documentation, report on issues & resolutions. Maintain Sika Standards : Ensure adherence to Sika's safety policies and procedures through initiatives, training, and auditing. Compliance Champion : Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO standards (ISO-14001, ISO-9001 and ISO-45001) and other relevant legislation and standards. Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Training & Development : Determine company training needs in quality & safety. Data-Driven Decisions : Collect and analyze quality data for continuous improvement. Your Expertise - Our Strength Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a quality-related role. Comprehensive understanding of all relevant ISO Standards, Code of Practice, and Statutory and Legal Requirements. Experience in planning, executing, conducting, and closing out audits. Degree holder in a relevant field. Self-driven and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer literacy (minimum of MS Office applications); database management skills are preferred. Ability to assimilate and process large amounts of data. Strong presentation and reporting skills, utilizing objective, accurate, and timely data. Going Beyond. Together.
