You'll play an integral role in expanding our national business by building and fostering key employer relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic business development activities, and managing key product offerings - including our preferred provider program and employer wellbeing and injury management services. Some of the role duties include: Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including State and Regional Management to deliver employer engagement strategies. Provide mentoring and coaching to support team development and customer account needs. Implement systems and processes to enhance knowledge sharing and retention. Customer: Develop and execute a National Employer strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives. Manage key national employer accounts across multiple states, ensuring strong relationships and service delivery. Lead the delivery of customer forums and thought leadership initiatives to drive innovation and engagement. Understanding of the National Workers compensation environment and the specific challenges faced by employers both from an injury prevention and injury management perspective. Business Development: Drive business development activities to expand both existing and new employer partnerships. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through proactive outreach and market engagement. Participate in tendering processes, including developing proposals and delivering presentations. Additionally, all tasks should align with IPAR's Quality Management System, ensuring continuous improvement, risk management, and a strong customer-focused culture. We are open to this role to all experience levels. Our ideal candidate will have Account Manager / Customer Relationship / Business Development Manager experience and/or currently a Consultant, Injury Management Advisor or Operational Leader looking to take that next step within their career. Qualifications: Account Management / Business Development Management / Customer Relationship Management experience and/or Occupational Rehabilitation experience in a consultant or operational leadership role. Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and relationship management. Demonstrated knowledge of worker's compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
