Pandanus is a National leader in the provision of flexible workforce solutions to the Renewable Industry, mainly in the construction of large-scale Wind and Solar Farms. We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-proven and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the provision of Labour Hire Services within the renewable energy sector . As a senior leader within our team, you will spearhead strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities within the Recruitment and Labour hire sectors, and drive revenue growth in large-scale renewable energy projects across Australia. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand Pandanus Group’s presence in the renewable energy sector. Partnerships & Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPC contractors, and government agencies. Market Expansion: Identify new project opportunities in solar, wind, hydrogen, and battery storage sectors. Bid & Proposal Leadership: Drive the development of compelling proposals and tenders for large-scale renewable projects. Industry Influence: Stay ahead of market trends, policies, and investment opportunities to position Pandanus Group as a leader in renewable energy solutions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Recruitment and Labour Hire sectors; specifically within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong industry network and experience in securing contracts with major energy developers, EPCs, or government entities. Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills. Ability to develop and execute long-term business growth strategies. Passion for sustainability and Australia’s transition to renewable energy. Why Join Us?
