Australian British Food Holdings Pty Ltd is a market leading sausage, burger and smallgoods manufacturer with processing facilities in WA, NSW and QLD supplying the national retailers with brands such as The British Sausage Company, Peppercorn Food Company, Roccos Butchery, Tradition Smallgoods, Princi Smallgoods and Caves Road Farms. With 5 manufacturing facilities across Australia and significant investment in new plant, we are poised for continued growth in range and volume. Your challenge As the National Independent Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key distributors (Costco, Metcash, Marley Spoon) and driving growth within the independent accounts segment. You will manage account activities in Western Australia and across the eastern seaboard, conducting regular travel to maintain close contact with distributors, and providing comprehensive sales and performance reports to the leadership team. You will also be running a tight-knit sales team. You will lead from the front and be very hands-on with regards to managing orders, intercompany transfers, invoicing, stock control and other daily activities. You and your team will also ensure all pricing, delivery, and QA requirements are managed efficiently. Your reporting duties include external performance reports and internal sales reports and forecasting. You love your job You are a relationship and sales leader with significant experience in grocery, FMCG or distribution. You have managed teams and enjoy developing capability. You have strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively. You are highly commercial, self-motivated, positive, and curious. We need a leader that thrives on building relationships, and delivering quality results – someone well rounded and experienced.
