National Sales Project Coordinator We are excited to be hiring for a National Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at Richlands, QLD. You'll play a critical role in REMONDIS' growth and performance nationally by supporting the National C&I Manager on national sales initiatives and projects, in alignment with REMONDIS Australia’s growth strategy. What you'll love The National Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the National Sales Manager – C&I in the development, delivery and ongoing management of national sales projects and initiatives. You will build strategic relationships at multiple levels across the business to deliver profitable sales growth outcomes for the commercial and industrial business. Coming from a commercial/sales project background, you will thrive in this role if you like to engage with varied stakeholders to create and implement strategic projects that will improve our sales processes, programs and systems. In addition to a generous base salary, a fully maintained company vehicle and annual bonus are included. The role involves interstate travel from time to time. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental science (preferred). Demonstrated understanding of sales functions, strategy and the delivery of sales growth outcomes. Proven experience in sales project coordination, business development, or a similar role. Exposure to the development of business plans, with demonstrated commercial and financial business acumen. Analytical and inquisitive with excellent project management skills. Knowledge of market analysis tools and techniques, along with campaign management. Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to liaise with and engage multiple stakeholders in the delivery of local/national projects. Understanding of CRM’s, particularly Salesforce. Flexible to travel and stay interstate for short periods of time to deploy projects. Strong understanding of the waste management industry will be highly regarded. Are you with us?
