About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join the team in the position of National Service Account Manager in our National Service team. Reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and the development and growth of the National Accounts under your management. The successful candidate will be the primary contact between the Company and the Customer and will therefore be required to maximize customer satisfaction through effective communication channels. Duties & Responsibilities Manage corporate accounts effectively and develop & implement a national call plan to guarantee customer satisfaction Identify and attain opportunities for business growth and development Meet with customers on the corporate account list on a regular basis Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are attended to in a timely manner Develop strong relationships with key customers and provide regular information & updates to customers to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor Service performance to mutually agreed key performance indicators Utilise reporting and relationships to maximise customer satisfaction while maximising revenue generating opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilise CRM to maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions Ensure that all property, equipment and documents belonging to the Company, its clients and associates in control of, or used in the performance of the function, are kept secure and available in good condition Provide specialist advice when necessary to support Customer Materials Handling Equipment requirements. Skills & Experience We are looking for a result orientated individual with a drive for quality customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate capabilities of achieving results in a competitive business environment. Prior successful management of a customer base, high energy and motivation to succeed in addition to superior organizational, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation skills are all requirements of this role. Candidates will be required to have exceptional relationship building skills in order to be successful for this role. This role does require extensive travel (Office 50% / Travel 50%).
