We are seeking a dedicated National Service Billing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team as a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data to input in preparation for billing, supporting our dealer network, and processing billing. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service will be key to your success. Job Description Responsibilities include: Customer Calls : Contact customers to obtain meter readings for Toshiba’s Multi-Function Devices. Billing Data Entry : Accurately enter billing data. Meter Reading Data Entry : Record meter readings received into Oracle. Invoice Processing : Handle the entry of dealer invoices into Oracle. Desired Skills and Experience Other requirements: Minimum of 2 years in administration or customer service roles Oracle experience preferred but not mandatory Exceptional communication skills Strong customer service abilities Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Why Join Us?
