National Service Manager - Construction Equipment Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Super This is a genuine, exciting, and dynamic business/career advancement opportunity. A new position has been created within the Melbourne operations for a National Service Manager - Construction Equipment. This role requires a true leader for the workshop team, someone with the management skills to get the best out of our highly-valued workshop staff while maintaining morale and progress. The objective is to develop workshop operations with a team of 4-5 technicians, providing service support to the organisation's growing customer base. Main Position Objectives: Provide workshop leadership and develop the new Construction Equipment service operations with a team of 4-5 technicians. Develop the service business to be a point of strength with smooth and effective workflow. Conduct day-to-day operations of the workshop and workshop administration areas. Provide excellent communication with other departments and management regarding operational updates. Develop strong relationships with customers and team members. Position Requirements: A relevant trade qualification (Diesel/Heavy/Plant Mechanic) with knowledge and practical experience. Experience building, supervising, or managing workshop or mechanical teams. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to learn new things and follow company procedures. Manage workshop safety, meetings, and staff performance requirements. Desire to achieve success and ability to build and manage strong workshop operations. SAP experience highly regarded. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
