Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Native Content Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product roadmap for NCA’s digital content product suites across video, article, social, and potentially audio. Reporting to the Native Content Product & Strategy Director, this role focuses on enhancing and unifying our digital content offerings, optimising their performance, and ultimately shaping how clients purchase and audiences consume NCA’s digital content. You will play a critical role in driving the success of these products by identifying market opportunities, delivering exceptional user experiences, and achieving key business objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate closely with the Content Product & Strategy Director to translate the overall product vision and strategy into actionable product roadmaps and initiatives. Manage entire product lifecycles, from lean canvas and development to launch and ongoing optimisation. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications. Analyse product performance data (e.g., sell-through, performance, revenue) to identify areas for improvement and measure success. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert on content products, providing consultation to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate strong relationships, align product initiatives, and prioritise them to ensure consistency with business goals and consumer needs. Support partnership teams in vendor management, working closely with external vendors to ensure smooth development, integration, and execution of vendor-related platforms or initiatives. On occasion, collaborate with the Content Product & Strategy Director and Editorial teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and drive commercial revenue growth for content. Who are you? Must Have 3-5 years of experience in product management, digital content strategy, or media/digital publishing. A proven track record of working on successful digital content products, initiatives, or campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of content formats, distribution channels, and optimization techniques (including SEO). Preferred Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and data from ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira). Experience in content integration or production is a plus.
