Network Electrical Supervisor - Cross City Tunnel Immediate Start - 3+ Month Contract Join our dynamic team at one of Sydney's key infrastructure facilities! We're seeking an experienced Network Electrical Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the Cross City Tunnel, required onsite at 43 Bourke St, Woolloomooloo. About the Role: This hands-on leadership position combines technical expertise with team management, offering an excellent opportunity to join the transport infrastructure sector. The role provides a perfect balance of administrative coordination and practical electrical supervision. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily maintenance planning and work allocation Oversee visual inspections, testing, and maintenance operations Manage work order systems and coordinate reactive maintenance Liaise with stakeholders and contractors Supervise and support a skilled technical team Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures What is required: Trade qualification with experience in operational maintenance High Voltage Switching & Maintenance operation expertise Proven supervisory experience in industrial, water, or electrical environments Strong organizational and administrative capabilities Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Safety-first mindset What We Offer: Company vehicle provided Regular working hours (7am to 3:30pm) Opportunity for potential extension Chance to work with a highly skilled team Competitive package of $164K (including super on all hours) The Ideal Candidate: You're a confident leader who brings structure to daily operations while maintaining a balanced, approachable management style.
