The Opportunity Do you have a passion for environmental stewardship and a knack for compliance? TasRecycle is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to ensure our operations align with market regulations and network standards. As our Network Engagement Manager, you’ll be a key advisor and a strategic partner to TasRecycle, in building strong relationships with our key operational partners, the network operator, Tomra Cleanaway Tasmania and the Material Resource Facilities (MRF’s). In this role, you’ll drive compliance, performance, and innovation, helping to advance our mission of reducing litter and promoting recycling across Tasmania. Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with market rules, regulations, and standards. - Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures. - Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact. - Drive performance through analytical analysis and effective communication. - Actively engaging with operational partners to determine improvements. - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders. About You - Bachelor or Postgraduate qualification. - Experience in compliance management, particularly in the energy or utilities sector. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in operations or account management within the recycling industry. - Ability to build meaningful professional relationships - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
