Do you excel at creating and implementing EPG rules? Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Network Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge network infrastructure and contribute to the security and efficiency of their environment. We are looking for someone who can work on either a contract or permanent basis. About the Role: As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our client's network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco FTD and ACI technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring network security, performance, and availability. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain Cisco FTD firewalls and Cisco ACI fabric. Implement and manage EPG (Endpoint Group) rules within the Cisco ACI environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to FTD and ACI. Perform network security assessments and implement security best practices. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration. Create and maintain detailed network documentation. Participate in network upgrades and migrations. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on Cisco technologies. Strong expertise in Cisco FTD firewall configuration and management. In-depth knowledge of Cisco ACI architecture and implementation. Hands-on experience creating and implementing EPG rules within ACI. Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching). Experience with network security best practices and technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE). Experience with other network security technologies. Experience with network automation tools. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ansible). #J-18808-Ljbffr
