Job Description The Role: As the Network Manager, you will oversee the performance and optimisation of COEX’s collection network, driving efficiency, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction. This leadership role requires problem solving skills, a strategic mindset, strong operational background, excellent stakeholder management skills and a commitment to environmental sustainability. Partnering with the EGM of Network Delivery you will be responsible for: Leading a team ensuring a high-performance culture through mentorship, coaching and accountability. Developing and implementing a key account management framework to strengthen relationships and ensuring long-term partnership success. Developing and executing plansfor key accounts, identifying growth opportunities. Conducting engagement and data-driven analysis to optimise account performance. Overseeing contract compliance with Container Refund Point Operators. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Encourage cross-departmental collaboration, fostering open communication and teamwork. Ensure financial and budget reporting aligns with COEXs strategic goals. Report on performance, customer satisfaction and operational insights. Work closely with Legal & Risk team to manage regulatory and legislative risks. Ensure all network providers meet safety and environmental compliance standards. Support scheme participants in developing safety and environmental standards, including monthly reporting and compliance tracking. Proven success delivering exceptional results through stakeholder management and key account leadership expertise. Expertise in contract management, compliance oversight and performance monitoring. Demonstrated ability to optimise costs, improve operational efficiency and drive performance outcomes. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Commitment to sustainability, safety and regulatory compliance.
