Division: Independent Public School - South Metropolitan Education Region Salary: Level 3, $74,586 - $80,014 per annum (pro-rata) (DOE (SSO) CA 2022) This is a 12-month fixed term, part-time (0.8FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency. Peel Language Development School (LDC) and Rockingham Lakes Primary School (PS) are two schools located on a shared campus and we are seeking an applicant to work a combined 0.8FTE (0.4FTE at each school) in 2025. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and comprehensive Information Technology skills to support both schools with IT matters. The Network Support Officer has the role of maintaining networked information technology resources effectively and efficiently to maximise educational and administrative outcomes within the Department of Education’s asset management and security regulatory framework. As part of the role, you would be working to support students and teachers over both schools with maintaining system requirements and hardware, monitoring over 200 computers and maintaining a file/print server. RLPS has school supplied 1:1 iPads from Year 3 - Year 6 (approx. 400 iPads) and school-funded shared iPads for junior classes that are managed on JAMF and Apple School Manager. PLDS has over 200 iPads across their 4 campuses that are also managed on JAMF and Apple School Manager systems. Peel LDS caters for students from K to Year 3. Our Main office is co-located at the Rockingham Lakes PS campus, but we are also co-located at 3 other schools: Bungaree PS, Mandurah PS and Pinjarra PS. Travel is part of the role and a licence and car is essential. Rockingham Lakes PS caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in a modern cluster design featuring six teaching blocks, multi-purpose covered area, library and the school administration block.
