Do you enjoy working with different people and being exposed to a multitude of environments?We are seeking Network and Help Desk Support professionals proficient with IT hardware and software support to fill contract and ad hoc onsite roles across a number of clients in Canberra and surrounding areas.Skills & Experience Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. AGSVA security clearance required. Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability. Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite. Experience in MS Active Directory & IP telephony would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite clients. Proven experience in network systems configuration, testing, and installations. Experience in TCP/IP routing and switching. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot LAN and WLAN issues. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide IT support for PCs, network infrastructure, mobiles, printers, and AV devices. Undertake network installations in accordance with detailed design documentation and guidance. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices. Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment. Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support. Provide hardware support in a data centre environment. Liaise with remote support to resolve issues.
