In this role, you’ll lead demand generation, spot opportunities, and execute strategic outreach to expand our Consulting pillar across the region. Your mission? Turn prospects into high-value clients, fuel our pipeline, and help smash our annual revenue goals. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a hybrid background of business development, sales, marketing, and CRM expertise. A Snapshot Of What You'll Do Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, distribute and analyse leads, ensuring alignment with the Consultancy pillar’s capabilities and target market. Pipeline Management: Be a strong supporter and contribute to the management of the pipeline. Manage reporting of new business activity through CRM (HubSpot) ensuring data is updated weekly. New Business Presentations: Be a strong supporter and contribute to presentations, proposals and key prospect meetings as needed. Market Analysis: Track and compile weekly marketing intelligence (M&As, IPOs, executive moves) reports for SLT, especially for outbound activities and identifying growth opportunities. CRM Management: Utilise CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records for new business activities, lead nurturing, lead scoring and conversions. Build and maintain hygienic top target data lists for current and prospect contacts across regions. Marketing: Drive the annual marketing calendar with targeted outbound campaigns, case studies, awards, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Assist with digital presence and marketing tech operations. Events: Collaborate and contribute to events (owned & earned), especially for targeted recruitment, preparation, lead generation and follow-up. Plus much more! Your Ideal Experience 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales at a professional services firm and/or agency in the brand or communications space. Proven track record of generating qualified meetings to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Motivated by setting and delivering on KPIs. Deep understanding of brand building, digital marketing trends and various media channels. Proficiency in marketing tech solutions relevant to the market. Relevant experience and a proven track record of successful lead generation and conversions. Experience in CRM/sales software (HubSpot an advantage). Demonstrates the ability to identify and seize opportunities in the market, constantly seeking ways to grow the business. Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking initiative and working independently without constant supervision. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tell a story and sell work, both visually and verbally.
