The Role: Situated within 'Auto Alley' in the heart of Western Sydney , Denlo Volkswagen Parramatta showcases an extensive range of market-leading, brand new commercial and passenger vehicles within a state-of-the-art dealership . Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership group and a high-performing finance & insurance team, you'll have the opportunity to help drive the 'unique Volkswagen experience' for every customer. The opportunities are endless for you to form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure. You will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. What we need from you: To act as a single point of contact for all assigned customers Possess a dynamic, driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills. Committed, motivated, and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal. Self-motivated and a strong work ethic, driven to achieve strong sales results week in and week out. A proven deal closer with a never-say-die attitude. Highly personable, articulate, with the ability to quickly establish trust. Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Computer literate with strong accuracy & attention to detail. A current driver's licence.
