The company offers a range of homes, including display homes, plan homes in estates, knockdown rebuilds, and highly custom-designed homes, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in every project.About The Role The company is looking for a proactive and results-driven New Homes Consultant who excels in business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and generating new business. While the display home centre and head office will serve as bases of operation, the majority of the role will be spent in the field, cultivating relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. This is primarily a Monday to Friday position, with occasional Saturdays as required.Key Responsibilities Business Development: Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate new leads and expand market opportunities. Land Sourcing and Development: Identify and secure new land acquisitions and development opportunities to support expansion into duplexes, townhouses, multi-lot subdivisions, and larger projects. Sales Excellence: Engage with customers to design their dream homes and guide them through the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless transition to contract closure. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key partners, fostering ongoing business opportunities. Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies. Technology Utilization: Use advanced software to manage and track a comprehensive customer database, ensuring efficient follow-ups and communication.
