The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Working Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Geelong. We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-motivated, driven and passionate leader to add value and complement our team: Commercial cleaning Supporting and supervising a team of cleaners Training and development of new and existing staff Conducting daily inspections, audits and quality checks Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests Conducting routine audits and quality checks Ensuring compliance with company procedures Hours of Work Previous cleaning supervisory experience The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. A strong customer service focus and attention to detail The non-negotiables Min 2 years cleaning supervisory experience in a multi-disciplined environment (e.g., cleaning, leading medium - large scale teams) Full Australian working rights Full Australian Drivers Licence High level understanding and experience with cleaning equipment and machinery Skills to use Word, Excel and Outlook effectively.
