Your future in food starts here | Cold Storage Supervisor | Night Shift THE OPPORTUNITY As a Cold Storage Supervisor, you will be responsible for all operations associated with the company’s products in accordance with the distribution plan. Directly supervise the activities of inbound, outbound, sorting, put aways and picking. Ensure that strict hygiene conditions are maintained with all products during the operations. Ensure that strict safety and quality is maintained over the Night shift. This is a permanent fulltime position based at our KGF Epping facility on Afternoon Shift 10pm - 6am. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all operations associated with the load out of the company’s products in accordance with the distribution plan. Ensure that strict hygiene conditions are maintained with all products during the sorting, breaking down, load out & distribution operations. Ensure that strict security and safety is maintained over the site and all products during Night operations. Workforce planning and organisation of training, development and coaching for new and existing employees. Continuous improvement and implementing change within the warehouse team. Developing, achieving, and maintaining loading schedules. Delivering clear and consistent communication across teams. ABOUT YOU Previous experience managing a team in cold storage, warehouse or logistics environments. Experience in handling perishable products in a cold storage warehouse environment highly desirable. Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with AX Dynamics desirable. Experience in supply chain and inventory control. Knowledge of WHS requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills. Results and solutions driven. Display a high level of attention to detail. Able to work in cold environments. Unlimited working rights within Australia.
