Key Responsibilities: Operations: Manage daily venue operations including staffing, opening/closing, and maintenance. Financials: Oversee budgets, track revenue, and ensure profitability. Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Staffing: Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders, security, and entertainment staff. Promotions: Plan exciting events, design marketing strategies, and drive customer engagement through social media and promotions. Safety & Security: Implement safety protocols and supervise security staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality or nightclub management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in financial management and budget tracking.
