NIR (Non-Inventory Receiver) Job Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Non-Inventory Receiver (NIR) to join our team. The successful candidate will work with the Non-Inventory Team and under the Site Procurement manager to administer the flow of non-inventory goods and collaborate with team members across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning non-inventory management and looking to contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist in data collection, processing, and analysis of daily cycle counts of inventory each morning. Unload deliveries and load empty pallet truck with PIT. Maintain and organize research documents, reports, and databases. Provide logistical and administrative support for the site. Manage and monitor site packaging consumables and waste management. Assist Team and Site Procurement Manager with site requests. Conduct supplier auditing – Coffee machines, Janitorial, Micro market, and yard inspection. Minimum Requirements: PIT (Forklift License preferred) or equivalent experience. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience preferred. Problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
