Non-financial Risk Manager | Legal and Governance Our Operational Risk team is responsible for embedding the Operational Risk Management Framework into the Legal and Governance Central’s Corporate, Reputation and Governance streams, including managing the operational risks inherent within them. This role will see you advising on and monitoring the effectiveness of mitigating controls, delivering against and refining the control assurance programme as well as providing advice, education and feedback to the Legal and Governance Division. You will also partner with teams to ensure they clearly understand their role in relation to effective operational risk management. What you offer Experience in operational risk management or audit preferably gained within a financial services environment Deep understanding of operational risk, and the ability to exercise exceptional judgement to effectively manage risk. About the Risk Management Group Our Risk Management Group works as an independent and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
