About the Role We're on the hunt for a Novated Leasing Administrator to join our amazing Novated Sales Team! You'll be the go-to person for sorting, processing, and keeping all the novated lease paperwork running smoothly. If you love staying organised and being part of a high performing team, this could be your next great opportunity! What will keep you busy... Connecting with customers through different channels and helping out with their queries Managing vehicle onboarding and handling documentation for the settlement process Keeping our CRM leasing system up-to-date with accurate information Lending a hand with finance settlements and keeping budgets on track Taking care of any ad hoc admin tasks that pop up along the way What we'd love to see from you... Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance, or a similar field A strong track record in customer support or engagement roles Solid know-how when it comes to using CRM systems Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and handling high call volumes with ease Super organised and great at meeting deadlines Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
