About You We are looking for a compassionate and skilled mental health professional with a strong clinical background and leadership experience to join our team. To excel in this role, you will bring: Qualifications and Expertise: Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (minimum three years), a current practising certificate, and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent. Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to lead clinical practice change, foster staff development, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Consumer-Centred Focus: A commitment to consumer and carer participation, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate mental health nursing care in line with recovery-oriented frameworks. Knowledge and Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of mental health policies, nursing standards, and legislation, with advanced skills in clinical systems such as CBIS, EPAS, and medication management.
