About the Role This pivotal leadership position at our high-performance North Lakes centre will see you championing excellence in clinical care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Reporting to our experienced on-site Site Manager , you will lead by example, ensuring outstanding patient care, staff development, and continuous service improvement.Key Responsibilities: Provide strong clinical leadership and support to a team of 12 nurses across radiation oncology and the day hospital. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and collaboration. Ensure the highest standard of patient care , focusing on safety, quality, and patient experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and staff development, empowering your team to thrive. About You We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager who is passionate about patient care and team development. You’ll thrive in a leadership role, supporting your team to grow and succeed.Skills & Experience: AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse. Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience , with extensive oncology nursing expertise. Relevant post-graduate qualification (or working towards one), such as a management qualification . Proven ability to lead and inspire a nursing team , with a focus on professional growth and service excellence.
