It is the major referral centre for the Western NSW District for a range of surgery specialties including major orthopaedic and trauma, general surgery, upper GI, endoscopy, urology, ENT, obstetrics and gynaecology, and ophthalmology.As a small but busy department, you will be instrumental in leading and supporting staff in the Orange operating theatres through day-to-day running tasks such as rostering, resource allocations, problem solving, and mentoring staff. You will also act as a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices, delivering evidence-based best practice.
