What You'll Be Doing The Nurse Practitioner provides person-centered care at an advanced nursing practice level, incorporating diagnostic and treatment interventions with a high level of knowledge, skills, and autonomy. Selection Criteria Registered Nurse with AHPRA endorsement to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, or a Registered Nurse working towards endorsement with 5 years post-graduate experience and at least 3 years in the relevant field. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Exceptional clinical communication skills with the ability to interact professionally. Knowledge in evidence-based practice and commitment to quality improvement. Evidence of participation in professional development and willingness to mentor others. Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases This is a Category ‘A’ position. All new employees must comply with the requirements outlined in NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including proof of vaccination against influenza.
