PROGRAM: Telehealth Clinical Services STATUS: Permanent Part-time – Full-time LOCATION: Australia-wide, Work from home. 1. What we do Our telehealth clinics provide easy, confidential healthcare, breaking down barriers to support. We aim to enhance the patient experience, destigmatize health issues, and normalize seeking healthcare. We are dedicated to helping every Australian access the healthcare they need. About the role: Provide patient intake support, including ordering blood work, providing assistance, and taking histories. Review pathology and triage patients with clinical concerns for reassurance or escalation to the medical team. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners. Demonstrate a warm, friendly manner with excellent phone and communication skills. Specialize in Sexual Health in primary or public health. Qualifications: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Specialization in Sexual Health or Primary Care. Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner. Professional Indemnity. Full Australian working rights. Current Prescriber Number or the ability to obtain one. Thorough knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Conditions of employment: Signing a confidentiality agreement is mandatory.
