We are going through an exciting period of transition, so are looking for motivated, enthusiastic contemporary leaders to become part of the dedicated team redesigning our health care service delivery model.Explore RockhamptonAbout the role:Effectively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Group within CQMHAODS and lead a strong support team to deliver contemporary mental health inpatient services.You will coordinate all operational components of the Adult Inpatient Unit and Older Persons Acute Inpatient Service, with the support of a strong team of Clinical Nurse Consultants, a Clinical Facilitator, Discharge Coordinator, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists ensuring exceptional individual care is delivered.About you: The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate Division One is essential. While not mandatory, recent, extensive experience working in an Adult Mental Health specialty would be highly regarded and/or a relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable for this position.
