About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Critical Care Unit (CCU) . This specialised unit delivers exceptional care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions using state-of-the-art technology in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to drive excellence in patient care while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. Implement clinical and operational strategies aligned with service plans. Effectively manage human, material, and financial resources. Promote and uphold the mission and values of Calvary Health Care Tasmania. Develop the Critical Care Unit as a centre of excellence. What You Bring Current AHPRA Registration . Recent clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting. Relevant CCU experience (ideal but not essential).
