About the role The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) – Diabetes Referral Centre is responsible for the provision of leadership and strategic direction of the diabetes team to ensure delivery of high-quality clinical practices and patient-centred care. The NUM collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery, foster innovations in diabetes management, and supports staff development and excellent patient service.
