Fixed Term Contract - Permanent Full-Time 80 hours per fortnight For further information about this role, please contact Jenni Mustey, A/Director of Nursing at 5468 2900 or via email at We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Unit Manager for Dunolly Nursing Home for a fixed-term period of 4 weeks, starting immediately. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, and providing leadership to the nursing team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and AN-ACC. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development. Manage human and fiscal resources effectively. Key Requirements: Registered Nurse Division 1 (AHPRA). Proven experience in aged care, including understanding of accreditation processes and funding systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
