They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead their 30-bed General Medical Ward. You will work within a supportive team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and managing resources. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for the General Medical Ward. Ensure efficient and effective nursing care based on evidence-based practices. Manage daily operations, including human, financial, and material resources. Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Foster a cohesive team environment and support staff professional development. Essential Criteria: Current AHPRA registration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Nurse Unit Manager role or equivalent. Strong knowledge of ACSQHC National Standards and experience in labor and HR management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare databases. Working with Children Check. Why Join Our Client?
