About the facility Barwon Health North Urgent Care Centre is a busy and dynamic facility located in Geelong's growing Northern Suburbs. Collocated with Barwon Medical Imaging and numerous Community and Allied Health services. Clinical care at Barwon Health North is led by highly skilled Nurse Practitioners, with strong links to University Hospital Geelong Emergency Department. About the role The Nurse Unit Manager – Urgent Care Centre is responsible for the provision of leadership and strategic direction to ensure delivery of high-quality clinical practices and patient care. The Nurse Unit Manager provides the tactical management of operational, financial, human, and information resources within their area, liaising with the relevant clinical and support services leaders. The Nurse Unit Manager UCC is a key leader within Emergency Services, the Directorate, and organisational Nursing leadership teams at Barwon Health.
