SustainHealth is recruiting on behalf of a private hospital in the Gold Coast. Position Highlights: Start Date : Ideally as soon as possible Location : Gold Coast Pay : Up to $66.22 or, $69.23 or, $70.96 depending on experience Employment Type : Permanent, full-time The Role: Providing operational direction for the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure efficient and effective management Will work non-clinical roughly 70-80% but still need to keep clinical skills relevant Coordinate the delivery of safe, efficient and effective evidenced-based nursing care Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring and support to your nursing team Be accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources Have a working knowledge of flexible rosters, budgets and key performance indicators Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high quality patient outcomes. Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family centred care in a team-focused environment Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Undertaking direct patient care, as required About You: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Proven experience in a management role, or equivalent senior theatre management experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff Knowledge in one or more specialties such as cardiac, ortho, or neuro is beneficial Excellent communication and organisational skills Full working rights in Australia Ready to take the next step in your nursing leadership career?
