About the Role: We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the face of NVIDIA, working across key tech retail stores in east/south east Melbourne. As an NVIDIA Brand Ambassador, you'll bring your passion for technology, innovation, and gaming to life by training and inspiring store staff. Your mission: to educate, advocate, and enhance awareness of NVIDIA's cutting-edge products, ensuring that store teams have the tools they need to provide exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging training sessions for retail staff on NVIDIA products, including GeForce GPUs, NVIDIA Studio, GeForce NOW, and RTX technologies. Confidently present to groups of varying sizes, ensuring attendees feel inspired and knowledgeable about NVIDIA's product offerings. Be the voice of NVIDIA, building excitement and trust for the brand within the tech retail space. Ensure compliance with NVIDIA's merchandising standards across stores in your territory. Cultivate strong relationships with retail staff to maximise brand advocacy and sales opportunities. Report key insights from store visits, including feedback, competitor activity, and emerging trends in tech and gaming. Negotiate premium product display spaces to elevate NVIDIA's presence in-store. Regional travel may be required monthly to Wollongong or the Central Coast. Do You Have What It Takes? Passion for technology, gaming, and innovation. Confident, approachable, and engaging personality. Experience in delivering compelling training sessions and addressing audiences confidently. Trustworthy and capable of earning the confidence of clients and colleagues. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your schedule effectively. Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential. Comfortable using digital tools like Teams, Outlook, and other applications for reporting and collaboration. Previous experience in retail, especially in tech or gaming environments, is preferred. Retail or customer service experience desirable but not essential. A current valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - must have own car (paid kms). Confident and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication and organisational skills, a good relationship builder. An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Must be available Monday to Friday.
