We are searching Australia wide for a lead Dental Hygienist or Periodontal Disease focused Dental Hygienist OHT to build our Advanced Dental Hygiene department into the next decade. About You You are a proactive Healer / Oral health coach seeking a new challenge in your forever dental home which supports your deep curiosity of oral and systemic health. You understand that the oral environment is critical to the overall well-being of your patients and that the treadmill hygiene services offered by other clinics do not build a clientele of engaged high-value clients. You are curious about how oral care impacts the whole body. Your goals are to increase the priority of dentistry & oral health in your patients' lives and teach them to be so engaged that they are unlikely to cancel appointments. Perhaps you’re working at a practice now that does not value the high-end services of an advanced dental hygienist. You already know or are willing to learn and be coached to understand the business standards and requirements of private dentistry. We will support the right candidate and deliver whatever you require to get the job done. There will be an incentive paid for you to grow your own book as well as mentor other team members to achieve the same. In return, you will be coached by our friendly personal hygiene consultant, Sue Rusalen, from 7 Figure Hygiene and 6 Figure Hygienist, as we want you to create an awesome income too!
