Come be a part of our success story! As the O&M Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our solar energy plants. Your role includes maximizing energy production, managing maintenance teams, ensuring smooth system transitions, and fulfilling service contracts. You’ll bring a hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills. Your expertise will be key in optimizing our solar operations and ensuring reliable energy output. Job Description Overall operation and maintenanceResponsibility for “own” plants System monitoring to maximise the energy production Management of subcontractors or internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections and repairs Troubleshooting and maintenance works Problem solving and data analysis, yield reporting and documentation Warranty tracking & spare parts management Ground maintenance management Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts Qualifications You are experienced in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with a strong hands-on mentality 3+ years Solar PV O&M experience on utility-scale solar or experience as a wind technician Relevant qualification in an electrical/mechanical or engineering discipline Certification for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and Sungrow is a plus You are highly mobile, especially in terms of traveling internationally You are well-versed in the use of MS Office software You can work independently and take responsibility You have outstanding communication skills and customer orientation Additional Information Possibility to work flexibly A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world An open-minded, friendly, and highly motivated team Interesting and challenging tasks in a growing, future-oriented industry Very good opportunities for professional and personal development Competitive remuneration and other benefits as per local markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
