OSHC Assistant Coordinator | Melton South Full-time Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today's children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Our service based in Melton South is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engagement programs for our primary-age children. This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity offering 25.5 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. The hours are Monday - Friday 2:45pm-6:30pm and Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 6:45am-9:00am. About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. Manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration. Who are we looking for? Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication.
