Job Category: Outside School Hours and Care As an Assistant OSHC Manager you will assist the OSHC Manager in leading a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths. Your Impact As part of the senior leadership role in the service, you will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children, and their families will be key to your success. As Responsible Person, you will support the OSHC Manager in compliance and be responsible for Quality Area 1 and exceeding practices.
